Storage Servers Status Page
The status page for Emby storage servers, available at https://status.adelin.org/storage, is the main tool through which you can check in real-time the status of all servers that store your movies and TV shows.
It provides a clear and updated picture of the storage infrastructure, allowing you to instantly see which servers are functioning normally, which have issues, and how much space is available on each unit.
The page is structured into several sections and components, each having a specific role in the efficient monitoring of storage servers.
1. Main Components

Overall System Status
This section, located at the top of the page, displays the global status of all monitored systems. The green checkmark icon indicates "All Systems Operational", meaning that all servers are functional and there are no major issues. Depending on the system status, the color and icon change:
- Green with checkmark - all systems functioning
- Orange with exclamation mark - some servers have issues
- Red with X - systems are not operational
Page Description
Below the general status, there is a short descriptive text explaining the page's purpose. It informs the user that the page displays the real-time status of Emby storage servers, with automatic updates at regular intervals, without needing to manually refresh the page.
General Statistics
On the right side of the description, two essential statistics are displayed:
Total Number of Servers
- Displays how many servers are monitored in total (example: 19 Total Servers)
- The server icon helps quickly identify this statistic
Total Space
- Displays the total amount of space available on all servers (example: 31.31 TB Total Space)
- The database icon provides visual context for storage
2. Individual Server with Monitoring

Each server is represented by an individual card containing all essential information about its status.
Server Identification and Settings
At the top of each server card, we find:
- Server name - the identifier (example: Server 1, Server 2, Server 3, Server 4)
- Settings icon (⚙️) - button for quick access to detailed technical information
By clicking the settings icon, a window opens with all the technical details of that server.
Current Server Status
In the top right corner of the card, the current server status is displayed:
- Online - server is functioning normally, displayed with green icon and text
- Offline - server is not responding, displayed with red icon and text
This information is visible instantly, without needing to read additional details.
Uptime Graph
Below the server name, there is a set of colored bars representing the server's status history over the last 24 hours:
- Green bars - server functioned normally during that hour
- Red bars - server was down or had issues during that hour
Advanced functionality: If the user hovers the mouse over any of the bars, a tooltip appears providing detailed information about the server's status at that moment.
Time Period
Below the bar graph, the time interval for which the server uptime is measured is displayed:
- 21:57 - the start time of the period (24 hours ago)
- Now - the current time
This indicates that the graph covers the last 24 hours, from the time shown on the left to the "Now" moment on the right.
Quick Information
At the bottom of the card, there are three essential indicators displayed in a compact format:
Uptime
- The percentage of uninterrupted operation (example: 100.0%)
- Green color indicates excellent operation
Status
- Indicates whether the server is functional (Operational) or down
- The visual class (color and style) allows quick highlighting of the status
Space
- The amount of storage used (example: 325.92 GB, 14.75 GB)
- If the user hovers the mouse over this value, a tooltip provides additional details about space usage
3. Technical Details Window

When the user clicks on the settings icon (⚙️) on a server card, this window opens with detailed technical information.
Server Selection Menu

Choose Server
At the top of the window there is a dropdown menu that allows the user to quickly navigate between all available servers:
Choose Server: Server 1 with a downward-pointing arrow
When the user clicks on this menu, a list opens with all servers:
- Server 1 - selected in the image, with visual indicator (green dot)
- Server 2 - available in the list
- Server 3 - available in the list
- And it continues further
Menu elements:
- Generic name - Server 1, Server 2, etc. - for easy identification
- Technical name - (adp65), (arw9) - in parentheses, for precise identification
- Visual indicator - colored dot showing the server status:
- Green dot - server is online
- Red dot - server is offline
Benefit: The user can instantly switch between servers without closing and reopening the window, being able to quickly compare information between different servers.
General Status Section

General Status
This section contains all information about the operational status of the server:
| Element | Value | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
| Server Status | Online | Indicates whether the server is connected and functional. Online = functioning normally, Offline = not responding. |
| Health | Good | The overall health status of the server. Can be: Good, Warning, or Critical. |
| Rate Limit | Normal | Indicates whether the server has speed limitations. Normal = no limitations, Limited = restricted access. |
| Heartbeat Status | Active | Confirms whether the server responds to periodic checks. Active = responds, Inactive = does not respond. |
| Ping | 14 ms | The server's response time in milliseconds. The lower the value, the faster the server responds. |
| Mounted | Yes | Indicates whether the storage unit is correctly mounted and accessible. Yes = accessible, No = inaccessible. |
| Uptime | 100.0% | The percentage of time the server has operated without interruptions. |
| Date added | February 14, 2026 | The date when the server was added to the monitoring system. |
| Added | 5 days ago | The period elapsed since the server was added to the system. |
What this information means for the user:
