What is Requests
Requests (JellySeer) is the platform through which users can request adding movies or series to the Emby server when they aren't already available in the library. Basically, it's an intermediary between community and administrator: you make a request, and the administrator processes it and adds the content to the server.
The platform's purpose is to centralize all requests in one place, so that:
- No need for private or chaotic messages - Everything is organized and visible in a single interface
- Transparency exists - You can see if the movie has been requested by someone else, if the request is approved or if the title has already been added to Emby
- You have speed in the process - Usually, requests are resolved in maximum 24 hours, and sometimes even faster, depending on administrator availability
- You contribute directly to library expansion - The Emby library grows constantly based on requests made by users through Requests
Thus, Requests becomes a useful tool for all those who use Emby, offering a clear, simple and efficient way to bring desired titles to the server.
How to get access to Requests
Access to Requests is integrated with the account registration system. This means that you don't need a separate account for Requests. All you need to do is:
- Create an account on https://signup.adelin.org
This is your unique account, valid for all our platforms (including Emby and Requests)

Activate account - After you complete registration, the system automatically grants you access also on the request platform based on your current Emby account: https://requests.adelin.org
Authenticate in Requests using the same login credentials (email and password) you chose at registration

- Done! - After authentication, you have access to the Requests interface and can start searching and requesting movies or series missing from Emby
