How to report an issue on Emby

If you find a problem with a movie or series (for example video, audio, subtitles), you can make a simple report directly from Jellyseer.

1. Open the movie/series page

Go to the content page with the problem
Click the Issue button

2. Complete the problem

Choose the type of problem (Video, Audio, Subtitle or Something else)
Write a short description of the problem
Click Submit Issue

3. Confirmation

You'll receive a message that the problem has been successfully sent

4. View and discuss the issue

In the left menu (Navbar) click on the Issues section

There you'll find your problem request
Click View Issue to see details and discuss directly with the administrator

For any request or problem, you'll receive email notifications
For example, when a movie becomes available, you receive a confirmation that you can watch it on Emby

In conclusion:

Your request goes through administrator and gets approved within maximum 24h
You receive email notifications at each update
Reported problems are discussed directly with administrator through the Issues section
