How to make a request or report a problem on Requests (Jellyseer)

This guide helps you learn step by step how to make a request on Jellyseer through requests.adelin.org or the shortcut rq.adelin.org, and how to report a problem related to a movie or series from Emby.

1. Enter the site

Open browser and access https://requests.adelin.org
If you want to type faster, use https://rq.adelin.org (shortcut that redirects to the same site)

2. Search and select the desired movie or series

On desktop: use the left menu (Navbar) to choose Movies or TV Shows
On phone: navigate all the way down, where you can select if you want movies or series
Find the desired movie or series (that doesn't already exist on Emby)
Enter its page by clicking on the poster

3. Send the request

You'll see a blue button with text Request (on desktop it's on the left side, on phone it appears in the middle of the screen)
Press the button to send the request

4. If it's a series or a movie

If it's a series (TV Show): You'll be asked to choose the season or seasons you want to add to Emby Select desired seasons and click Request or Select Season
If it's a movie (Movie): You'll see a very similar window, but here you just need to confirm by pressing the Submit Request button After confirmation, the movie will appear in your list of sent requests

5. Request confirmation

Your request has been successfully sent and everything went well
After sending, the request will be marked as Pending (awaiting)
The administrator will examine and approve it within maximum 24 hours (usually much faster)

6. Content appeared on Emby

After the administrator approves the request and content is added to the server, it will become available on the site
Now you can click Play on Emby and watch the movie or series directly in the Emby application

7. Email notification

After the administrator approves the request and the movie/series appears on Emby, you'll receive a confirmation email
You'll know exactly when the content became available
